TA1139 Pontoon Load Guide Kit
The TA1139 consists of a pair of upright load guides used
to center your pontoon on the trailer as it is being loaded. It
also assists when loading in windy conditions.
Installation Instructions
Break the bundle and sort all items by size. Position one of
the load guide assemblies on the top side of the rear cross
member of the trailer as shown. Note that the plastic portion
of the guide must be positioned so it is facing outward. At-
tach the load guide to the cross member using two- 3/8” x
2-7/16” x 4” U-bolts provided. Secure with 3/8” flange lock
nuts.
Repeat the above process on the other load guide.
Adjustment
With the pontoon properly centered on the trailer slide the
load guides out until the are within ½” of the inside of the
pontoon tube. Tighten in position. This is a good starting
point for adjusting. This may need to be adjusted differently
depending on the splash guard on the front of the pontoon
tubes. Unload and reload the pontoon to make sure they are
adjusted to best fit your pontoon. They can be repositioned
to best fit your need. Adjustment is complete.
